Can't Upload a Book Cover

I've drawn my cover like, five times trying to do this, and every time I've tried uploading it Tapas says to check the image's ratio. It's the correct size, file type, includes the title, and is SFW. I've uploaded one before with no problem, but now it's not working.

If the problem wasn't with the file size (pixels) then how about the other size (bytes) ? I can't remember the maximum bytes requirements but if it's too big it usually won't load.
