Art style is good. Color sense is good. Use of animation is good. Limited movement to add visual interest. Good show. Concept is a consistent winner. Overall it's unbearably cute. I like it.
Improving on what you have, I think your focus has to be maintaining your art level and focusing on your writing. This kind of series can go stale quickly so multiple characters and a rotating cast can help. Nebulous trials and goals help, but they're cats, so....
Your view to sub ratio is good, and your viewer interaction is good. There's nothing to be ashamed of here. I don't know this kind of strip well, so I can't give specific examples, but increasing viewer interaction and investment is generally key to keeping readers interested, coming back, and talking about your comic outside of the bubble of your comic. I'd research other strips in this genre to see what others have done to be successful. Counting likes and comments is a good indicator of viewer interaction.
