he looks plenty consistent to me

it could be worth taking some time to work on your understanding of form, drawing 3D objects in a 2D space. also, maybe make a plasticine model of their head? then you can get consistency at any angle.

His character looks pretty consistent, are you having difficulty with the facial features from different angles? If so, I'd recommend doing some skull studies.

like, polymer clay. modelling clay wot dont dry out

making a model out of modelling clay could give you a better idea of the form and shape of your character, and gives you a personalised reference. you can also make a model on a digital model making thingie, but im not as good with that

I think the character is still recognisable - it's just that drawing a face from different angles is hard so you're a bit less confident about some of the drawings!
As suggested before, try studying from reference. The clay model is a nice idea for this as it gives you a physical reference. Skull drawings will help you with facial structure, and also drawing different angles from real life or photos. In fact, that would help you a bunch with anatomy as well. Look at pictures or footage where the face can be seen from many different angles and make sketches / notes to help you get more comfortable with these angles, if that helps. I know I find it very tricky too. Once you have a better idea of the face structure as a 3d shape you'll be able to draw different angles more confidently. Anatomy is a bit intimidating so take your time learning everything. :^)
