Clip studio paint not registering?

I recently downloaded Clip Studio Paint while it was on sale, and I tried to register the license but it said that it had failed so I had to do it manually.

It took me to a screen that had a series of 6 numbers in 11 batches, and told me to click a link and punch those number in to verify it. So I do that, but even THEN it says I have an error and that the registration failed.

In the email that had my serial number, it was only in 5 batches as opposed to 11, so I have no idea what to do and why my product refuses to register.

I already contacted support, but who knows when they'll get back to me about it...

Does anyone know what to do in this situation? I'm very frustrated right now.

It sounds like you're not on the correct screen. In my copy of CLIP, clicking on [Help] -> Register License... only show 5 slots as it should be. If you're on that menu, and it's still showing you 11 slots, you may already be registered.

Thank you very much! It worked! I didn't know that I had to go inside of the trial version and do it from there.
