If you pay with paypal or a credit card, I think it'll take a couple of minutes. But if you pay by wire transfer, it may take 3 to 5 days for the order to be completed. Check or money order would take up to 14 days. The payment method available varies from country to country. You can check by changing the country and language:

There's something I don't understand about Manga Studio: The ratio of all its default templates is 1.4.
All the manga comic books I have always have aspect ratio of 1.5.
Printing companies templates for comics are also 1.5.

I don't get it.

Actually, the comic templates fit themselves to whatever you've set up as your documents guides/bleeds. :V and you can set your document to start with a specific template in place.
