So I wanted to make my novel a comic but even though I'm an artist I'm currently facing art block and writers block Soo I'm in a but of a predicament

Tell me if you want to help and it can be worked on anytime you have freetime or want to work on it. There might be deadlines.

It would be best to pay the artist a little. It would encourage artists to draw better realizing that they can make some kind of a living with their hobbies.

I would recommend using paypal and if you post your budget limit. It could help. That's how I got the cover for my story. I said that I would pay $50 for the cover and got applications for it. They then showed me their art style and that they would accept the payment I proposed. It doesn't have to be $50, but try it out and see if anyone will apply.
