Introduction:
Hello, I’m ahogemon, I know it sounds silly, of course, it’s a pen name or whatever. I’m an artist from Indonesia and right now I’m looking for a writer to collab with.
Why I want to collab:
You see, I was working on my own webcomic and it’s an adventure sci-fi fantasy in another world, specifically an adventure of a human who gets stuck on another planet’s affairs. I was too naive to believe that I can make it at first but as I start working on it, I realized that this is not something I can make alone, the world is so huge, the story is too complex, multiple races and nations involved, so many resources and assets that needed to be prepared to make a nice webcomic both visually and storytelling. I felt the pressure, it makes me lost motivation. So I made a mistake and decided “why not start something easy and fun to draw?”
Yeah, actually I like to draw cute girls (hey, I’m not some creepy middle-aged man, okay?! Okay, now stop looking at me like that!)
So, yeah, I pack it, make some notes, and archived it for future projects hopefully when I have enough budget to hire some assistants.
What I want to make:
Right now I really love to make something light, colorful, and cheerful. I want to make a comedy webcomic/webtoon.

These are just random arts I've done this 2 days ago.
Who I want to collab with:
I want to collab with a writer who is good at comedy, who can write a good random event of comedy or jokes. I like comedy but I’m not good at making one. My preferences for comedy of animes are like Nichijou, Mitsuboshi Colors, Yuyushiki, Yuru Yuri, Non Non Biyori, and alike. If you are familiar with those animes, yes that’s right, they are cute girls, funny, innocent youthful, and colorful friendships. Highly avoid romance, drama, and tragedy because simply I don’t want these colorful stories to be tainted. Forget about realistic and no deep or serious kind of stories, just completely around everyday life, random events (jokes) that are don't make sense in real life.
So, for the settings, it can be in the nowadays world, fantasy, or completely irrelevant, but if you are very familiar with Japanese culture that’s even better. And most importantly, you are fluent in American English.
And I forgot the format of the webtoon is similar to short comic 8 to 12 (or 24) panels per chapter
Where we publish:
We will publish our work on two famous online platforms (English), Tapas and Webtoon, and probably other platforms, and on Patreon (we will create one later) for special chapters that can be unlocked for patronage. We can discuss this later.
Paid or unpaid:
We start from zero, so you and me forming a team of two to create a new webcomic. You write interesting stories and I’ll draw them for you in full colors with backgrounds, how cool is that?! So it is unpaid at first but of course, we will try to get earnings from our works, that’s when we get paid.
How we earn:
We can earn from the monetization features of each platform, and Patreon as long as our work is not becoming official from one of the platforms. Sure, we aimed to be official one day (if possible hehe 
), but before that happens we have the freedom on how we can earn to support our works.
How we share the earnings:
We share 50/50. You (the writer) and I (the artist) are a team of two. I believe writing a good comedy is hard, and I’ll do my best to illustrate your story. In case you add an assistant to support your writing and he/she demands payment, you have to pay your assistant with your share, and that applied to me as well.
Who in charge:
Main Story: You (the writer), and you can ask my opinion though (if maybe I can give a better idea but it’s all yours)
Characters and their costume: You and me. Since you (the writer) in charge of the main story, so the characters will be based on your criteria, I will design them then you decide whether you approve or not and I’ll fix them until you approve all of them.
The world (environment): You (the writer) describe the settings of the story, and I will illustrate that world for you at my best
Panels and layout: You (the writer) and me (the artist). You send your work to me in the form of an arranged storyline/outline and I will draw some rough sketches of the panels then show them to you, and then are they okay to go or need changes. We can discuss this better on discord later. Once we both approve the draft panel layout then I can start to finish the panels.

How we communicate:
On Discord. Yes, there’s no other! If there's a more convenient communicating app than Discord please feel free to suggest it.
How we schedule:
Our time is flexible, we work from Monday to Friday (to Saturday if needed). Since I’m from Indonesia and maybe (and it could be) we are in a different time zone so it is better to set the schedule. We can discuss this better on discord later.
