An artist (Letterer, Inker, Colourist, Penciller)
An editor
As for the artist, you don't have to be proficient in all aspects, if you're good in one it's okay.
I won't be able to pay you for your effort as I would like us to earn from the profits from the comic if any will be made as I plan to. If you're seeking to improve yourself, I hope you consider joining me on this adventure.
