Hello! My name is José. I am an animator currently working on the nickelodeon show "Pig Goat Banana Cricket" and making some freelance work and all that jazz. But I also like making comics, and even though I am not particularly used to or good at it, I really enjoy it. 
I have been making two series on Tapastic for the past few months: first there is Mexican't, a slice-of-life about me and my friends and life and happenings... it updates once a week on tuesdays.
Then there is my other comic, Everybody Loves Smiley. This is kind of a tricky comic to talk about, since I don't want to give spoilers about future happenings. It's a fiction comic about a group of scientists (Smilologists) who study a mysterious creature known only as "Smiley". The creature itself has been on human records since the dawn of intelligence. After studying it for almost a century it's time to decide whether it's threat or not. There's a fictional version of me in the comic, as well as a little robot girl. I don't have a regular update schedule of this comic (yet), but am aiming to update it at least twice a month for now. We will see.
