Comic appearing fuzzy and blurry?

Recently started posting a comic on here (https://tapas.io/series/agent-mads) and the upload quality is not up to par with other comics on the site -- it appears very fuzzy on desktop. I've done some reading and it might be that my file/dpi size is too large (600 dpi PNG file), but I really haven't been able to get a definitive answer on how to fix the issue from any of the other forums that I've read. Any help? Or how does it look to you? Getting really frustrated that my file quality is being butchered.

Uploading online at 600 DPI is very excessive, and the website is probably compressing it so it'll load faster. You'll be much better off reducing the file size yourself and decreasing the DPI to 72-150 (which is plenty for online viewing), so you have control over the compression.

Reduce the DPI and make sure it's 940 pixels wide and you'll be golden.
