Take little steps and ask for a smaller amount like 10 or 20 a day. It actually works wonder that way! Ever since I started coming here, daily, I would get at least 5-10 subscribers a week!
For me, That's a miracle because I can't even get 1 a day. 
But you're right about constant posting. I've been trying to get attention for my projects for years but never had any luck getting people to check out anything I make. But now, since I've come here to Tapas, I've got 14 subscribers. That is still small and no, I didn't get one every day, but it's a lot more than anything I've ever tried before. To think that simply just joining this community, replying to comments such as these, and even perhaps just being a part of this community in general, has garnered me this amount of readers at least. I don't know a thing about promoting or exposure and what not so this is all a great learning experience, yet I still have so much to learn. So I want to give a big thank you to this great little community for this opportunity. I really want to see what happens in a years time and how much I will grow here.
With that said, I would like to introduce to you my comic. It's a gag comedy but with an overarching story and character development. It's about a child prodigy chef who owns a restaurant, but it's not doing to well. Mimsy has to figure out how to elevate her restaurant, take care of her staff, and reclaim her former celebrity status.
