Just checked your comic and I'm really enjoying it right now! I can tell you've put a lot of effort into this, especially with how detailed the backgrounds are in each panel. Honestly it's so detailed that the setting itself feels like its own character.
I saw a couple of comments regarding pacing and I definitely can see the issue (an update every 3 weeks is a little on the long side). That being said, it's a difficult job to balance plot progression and quality of the overall story, especially when you're the only person working on it. You want to get updates out quicker to keep your audience engaged/attract new people, but you don't want to rush through which'll end up degrading your work. I'd say that slow updates help make the final result a better product (growing an audience once you're finished) while quicker updates help with the journey (growing an audience alongside updates).
