I understand the worries of those who think more specific guidelines would be more restrictive. I think this would probably be the case, and I understand the concern. In my opinion nothing should be censored in art theoretically, though in practice I do understand the need for some censorship. I don't think Tapas guidelines are bad per se. They are probably a good compromise and have the merit to take in account context.
So I have no issues with the guidelines, I have an issue with the way they are applied, ie. why in the facts this is allowed and not that; why this needs mature tag and that not. And the fact the guidelines are vague make us unable to know what to expect (even more for non North-Americans).
So at the end, I don't like the guidelines but I don't want to change them. I just want to be able to complain from time to time I suppose 
But to be totally honest it's not Tapas my problem, it's censorship in North America. And I know I'm not going to change THAT.
