You're definitely going through a lot of development right now, and I can see you're in a sort of "in between" stage where you're learning new things about anatomical drawing, but still trying to feel out how to integrate them into your style, or whether to change your style to be a bit more detailed and with more naturalistic proportions.
The hands are nicely drawn, but a little too big in both images (a good easy guideline is "one hand can cover half the person's face"), and a bit over-detailed for the rest of the image on the second one, and I can see you're really starting to think about volume now in how you're drawing anatomy, but because you have the idea of drawing with volumes down, and you're adding more detail, it's making areas where you don't quite nail it feel a bit awkward. The pelvis is a really common area to struggle with around this level, because it's an area with tricky topography and looking up reference and doing practice feels really awkward and pervy!
Here are some tutorials and reference bits about legs. Getting your head around the shape of the legs and pelvis, particularly the topography of the space between the legs and how fabric interacts with it should really give you a boost.
