Based on recent news, it seems like Tapas plan to rely less on Originals, and instead focus on "user generated content" so, the Creator Bonus Program and Early Access Program being applied to existing free-to-read/community comics that perform well rather than rebooting high performers as Originals or comissioning new "Originals" series.
For reference, the info is here:

Creator Bonus Program novels and comics get monthly payouts for hitting certain monthly view counts (quite high ones, you are unlikely to hit them below a few thousand subscribers). It can be directly applied for if you have 50,000 subs, but you can also get emailed and offered it if you're performing well (this happened to me at 1600 or so subs, but it's very unusual to get offered it that low).
Early Access Program novels and comics release episodes a week ahead that can be unlocked early by ink, and take a cut of the money from that. You can apply for this one if you consistently have a week or more's buffer and 10,000 subs, but some people may be offered it early if they have good engagement.
