Hello everyone!
Allow me to introduce myself, I'm ZakuruJay! I used to draw comics a lot when I was younger, and it wasn't until 2 years ago that I decided to go back and create my own comic series!
Deliver Us is a dark fantasy comic focusing on the story of Mareo.
With his home ravished and left to care for his siblings, Mareo searches for the means to survive. As the world grows more cold and cruel, he wears a smile for his younger siblings and for himself, as he struggles to keep his sanity in check and find answers to why his home now looks at him with scorn and resentment.
In this world, Changelings are animal shapeshifters that also possess elemental magic. They are separated by species/breed, living together in clans trying to get by and make a future for themselves and their children. But tensions are running high during these times, and innocents are caught in the crossfire.
I'm coming to a close with the first volume and planning on making a print version, but I'd like for more people to get hooked on my story before that happens. Assumedly by this winter (2021).
