I'll start with this particular supervisor I have:
He is low IQ AND arrogant. It's not your fault if you have IQ below 90... but if you're arrogant at the same time combined with low IQ... lol that's a disaster... arrogance can somewhat be excused if the arrogant person is actually smart and competent.
he put freshly welded parts right behind the helper whose job it is to clean up the parts... do the grinding, buffing, quality testing, etc. Freshly welded parts are DANGEROUSLY HOT. Requires at least 20 mins to cool down to a safe level... safety violation. Caused the injuries of 2 helpers. Not hospitalized just had bruises and scrapes from tripping over the parts...
whenever you ask his help or try to report defective equipment or how to do certain jobs (with non existing blueprints) he's like "UHHHH JUST FIGURE IT OUT" 🤣
just likes to sit around in his office or truck playing games or watching stupid tik tok videos on his phone... while telling others off who do the same... a manager told him off one time then he actually started helping out...
he told me to "JUST KEEP GOING".. skip maintenance of sandblasting equipment... causing break down of the equipment. And 4 hours at least for maintenance to fix it. 🤣 He actually got SCREAMED at by head maintenance guy. This particular maintenance guy KNOWS I maintain equipment on schedule.
when you talk to him in language above 12 year old level he just gives you blank stare like "uuhhh..."
likes to bully and act all knowing and tough to others especially the helpers (usually young men between age 19 - 25...). He tried to do that same shit to me because I am brown and probably thinks I'm an illegal immigrant... I know how to tell him off accordingly... nearly got into fist fight with him... and I got written up 
but he later acted apologetic because he realized I'm not easily replaceable.
Easily gets into panic mode. You'd think you're in a military base taking enemy fire... A 6 year old has more mental equilibrium than him.
