Disclaimer, shall i use it?

I'm posting a new comic soon and i created a fictional word wide organization for them to be the villians, now i just feel the need to put a disclaimer saying that is fictional.
Can you please lend me a little advice here?

As long as the name isn't close to a real organization name, you're usually fine.

If you're worried though, this is the classic dislaimer:
"This is a work of fiction. Names, characters, places and incidents either are products of the author’s imagination or are used fictitiously. Any resemblance to actual events or locales or persons, living or dead, is entirely coincidental."

I 100% agree with @claiborneart. If it's not a brand/real organization name and you don't write any actual people (like politicians) to be the part of it, you don't need any.

I investigatr and the name of the organization coincide with a bussines of hair

This dont involve any real people and the name i invented them myself

I don't see any need for a disclaimer. Marvel doesn't have to put up a disclaimer telling the audience SHIELD isn't a real government organization.

Purely coincidence then. If it's a small local business you don't really need to worry. They would have little grounds to sue you for slander even if on the off chance they find your series.
So I don't think you need the disclaimer.
