Im just starting with the schedule of my webcomic Disonancia here on tapas.
This is a slow paced fantasy story about a traveling theater troupe of hobbit-like animal creatures, on their way to prove themselves as the headline show for the region's Harvest festival. 
The story follows the troupe director Sparrow Treefellow and the main performer Crowleigh Nightingale, their lifelong bonds like friendship and found family, forged in the fires of music, magic, the pursuit of shared passions, and destined legacies.
Im creating this thread for uploading concept art, production stories and additional materials that I have accumulated in the making of the first story arch.
Since Im updating a chapter today with more of her, I decided to start the thread by sharing this early illustrations of Pylullu, the first character you'll meet in this adventure. Minor Spoiler
I think isnt a mayor spoiler to tell you she's a fairy with the ability to shapeshift, and the first actress + costume maker of the Treefellow Troupe:
As you'll see, the design of both the rabbit and fairy versions had changed quite a bit from the one in the actual comic: Mostly by removing details in favor of efficiency and character silhouette. But also there's a last minute wing detail that is missing here, because I added it on a whim 
I will admit there are parts of the old design I kinda like more than the current version of her, but I have to be real with my capacity to replicate that level of detail on a long production without losing all my hair. 
Would you like to see more characters from concept to final?
