I'm thinking most birds. I see squirrels like all the hell over the place during the day here. Dogs and cats and other domestics changed their natural nocturnal-ness to keep up with us mostly diurnal humans. And even humans can adapt to a nocturnal lifestyle. They don't call it a graveyard shift for nothing!
There are also auroral animals that are active at dawn, crepuscular animals that are active during the twilight hours, and vesperal ones active at dusk. Interesting...
