Do you celebrate milestones?

For example 100 subs, 500 subs, 1000 or 2000. Do you ever stop? And how do you celebrate? Do readers have an expectation that you will?

I'm up to 99 but not yet so I'll plan to think of something to celebrate it and I'll order myself macha drink from Starbucks to reward myself for this

I don't think that the Readers have an expectation that you will do milestones. But when you do, they will see that you are somewhat engaged with your fans. It's always great to make a shout out and thank your subscribers.

I'm not an expert, I don't really have many subs of my comic. But it's growing slowly. When I hit a milestone, I will definitely thank them and start to give them a gift. Like a Lucky Drawing. Randomly take 1-2 readers and draw something that they want/like.

For (Semi) Super on here I'm only at 20 something subs, but on Webtoon I'm at 220, I don't really celebrate, maybe if I hit like a thousand I will do something, cuz my readers are actually kinda hilarious and cool. I don't know if they have any expectations, but at some point I'd like to do something cool as a genuine thanks if I keep getting readers steadily.

yeah! i think its fun to do, and nice to mark milestones like that. i celebrated my 100 subs with a drawing / print, but i dunno, for 500 or 1000 id prolly do smth bigger, a giveaway or at least a QnA (id actually have enough people by then for it to be worthwhile lol)

I do not! I always forget or miss the date or just don't have a chance to do an extra thing beforehand for whatever reason. I'll sometimes mention "hey wow 100 pages!" but nothing beyond that, usually.

I do milestones sometimes, but I do them between chapters since it is kinda distracting when you are ready the story. Or I upload the milestone images only to my facebook page or whatever. But my celebration things were like kickstarter success and that sort of thing.

I do like to celebrate milestones! Upon reaching 200 subscribers I did a Q & A which was a lot of fun, and I also just celebrated being on Tapas for one year.

I did a cute drawing for reaching 1k subs, but that's about it. I don't really have time to run giveaways or do Q&As right now. :\

I love it when creators celebrate subscriber/patreon milestones as a way to recognise and give respect to the audience supporting the work. Those stacking pageviews and returning readers are sometimes very crucial to a creators' personal inspiration, so giving them a little extra bonus with an update Q&A or cool celebratory splash is brilliant.

I did a giveaway of acrylic standees featuring characters from my comic for my active readers and it was so much fun. Definitely want to hold another soon as a way to give back the immense excitement and joy the readers have given me over the years.
