Nah. I do work best when I set goals for myself (like "I'll do a page a week!" for my previous comic, or "I'll do an episode a month!" for the current one), but I'm a big believer in self-care first, so if I miss a deadline I don't beat myself up about it. It's not productive, imo. I would rather just look at the experience, figure out why I was late, and see if there's anything to be learned from it moving forward.
Sometimes when I look at why a page or episode took longer than I wanted/expected, the answer is simply "I was tired and needed a break/to go easier that week/month" or "I was busy with other things", or even just "I was lazy and didn't feel like drawing so much that week" and that's a-ok! Similar to one of the earlier replies, I'm doing this for free so I'll get it done when I get it done on my own time lol
Sometimes you look at a page/episode that took longer than you had wanted, though, and can find things to work on in the future. For example if you got stuck for a long time trying to get a pose/expression/background right, that's worth noting! That can help guide your practice and you can tackle areas of weakness to improve upon later. For example, I find that my sketching is really slow and inefficient so that's something that I'm looking to work on at a macro level. getting figures out faster, in better proportion, and learning to sketch a little more cleanly. I think once I can get the sketch out faster I might be able to complete episodes in a bit more of a timely fashion
