Do you Guys think That a post-apocalyptic / dark fantasy comic's have a chance

Hello every one so the other day i was in the process of writing the plot for my comic (can't find a Name for it yet the struggle) .
and i was wondering if it has an audience here in tapastic because it seems that mostly romantic comics get attention here and if the answer is no where do you recommend posting it instead .

the story will be set in post-apocalyptic / dark fantasy world with lots of mysteries, drama, gore ,Action, and shock factor Kind of like Attack On Titan .

There are lots of such stories on here, a popular one that does very well is No End, but they're in the midst of moving off the site. Um, so yes, it can be done.

Don't work for the audience, tell the story you want to tell, the audience will come later.

Do what you want to do for a comic. I've seen a number of post-apocalyptic stuff others have done and I know that material has an audience.

(Heck, the Fallout and Mad Max franchises wouldn't exist if there wasn't an audience for these things.)

Depending on your execution, I think there may be an audience here for your story, but it might be small. Your comic sounds like it'll be pretty dark, action-y, and plotty, and IMO Tapas readers seem to prefer lighter fare. Action comics don't tend to do very well here, from what I've observed. Long-form comics can struggle with getting readership as well. So if your comic is an action long-form, it might be a little tough. I'd recommend Webtoons: long-form and action seems to do better there, and Webtoons has a lot more traffic than Tapas. You're more likely to get eyeballs to your comic there. I'd suggest posting your comic on both Tapas and Webtoons though.
