Do you like the tracking at webtoon?

there is a thing that I really hate about Webtoon and I would like to know your opinion about it and how it works on tapas.
The topic is Tracking.
At wt there is only a small section about the statistics of comics.
There stand: the number of updates, the number of subscibers, and the number of pageviews in the US today and from yesterday from the actual and last month. So.. not really helpful. at least for me.
you don't get any information when someone comment your webtoon or when someone rate. Last week my webtoon had a rating from 9,4 stars, now its 8,92 and I don't know why.
I would love to hear how many stars I get per rate so that I can see if they really hate it (1-3 stars) or only think that it's ok (6-8 stars). thats a big difference. Also it would be nice to hear why they don't like it.
I think it's a bit unfair only to see the US Pageviews, because there are a lot other people from other countries who use the app (for example: me). So the statistic is't really realistic.
Where the Pageviews come from would be als helpful, to see if they come from Social Media, from the Canvas search or google (or whatever).
For me its really frustrating to have so little informations.

what do you think about it? And is Tapas better in Tracking? ( I don't use Tapas yet)

I would say my biggest problem with Tapas stats, and probably the most fixable, is that subs that don't interact with your strip (like not reading all the episodes or not liking/commenting) appears to hurt you in all the internal algorithms.

An inactive sub should be graded on the inactivity and removed from the algorithm.

Yeah that probably also a problem on webtoon.
But I think thats harder to fix, because that depends on the users and not on programming.

Well, obviously you can't force readers to like and comment but I think you could create a sub program or something that recognizes that a sub has only read a few episodes and none in a certain time frame (say 4 months)... Let the subscription remain, in case they plan to come back later or something, but remove that sub from the algorithm calculations.

The thing where you don't get notified when you get a comment is the most irritating for now. I have to go through all my episodes to even find any new comments. Makes interacting with active subs unnecessarely difficult. And do they even get notified when I reply to their comments ? Doesn't seem like it.

Yup, Tapas does way better in that respect.

Yeah me too. They also don't get a notification when you answer, but they see in 'MY' area under comments if someone answered. But they must actively look at it.
Tapas make a notification?

Tapas may have its obvious flows but, it is over Webtoon for sure,

I can't tell if I get a subscriber, likes or comment.

I have to go the performance, to see what I received, however, that is not enough to know whether you received a comment or not.

No notifications on Webtoon at all which is why I quit and jump to Tapas.

I do like webtoon, there is so many good comic in there, and I do want to go back, but with all the trouble I'm having in there, I just can't.
