Do you need to advertise on EVERY platform?

I just uploaded my comic to Globalcomix, I figure because of the fact my comic is built with the premise of being a lost comic from the 60s and Globalcomix supports traditional page formats. But I'm being stretched a little thin with all the platforms.

Webtoons - my biggest platform
Tapas - I have a ton of interactions on there, super nice community.
Namicomi - It only recently started and as a result there are barely any users. Like, I have 20 total views.
Globalcomix - Only one page so far.

Because of the fact these websites, but because they're all at different pages, it's harder to promote. Why would a Twitter fan care about uploading pages that are available everywhere else? It's just a lot to manage for one guy. Do they just sorta manage themselves or do I need to constantly promote EVERY SINGLE ONE as we like to do on this forum.

If y'all ask me, promoting on the websites themselves is pretty much just for fun and forum cred.
You're not really getting much promotion done on 'em, even on this forum at best you can get a small bump to viewership of a couple dozens of views on a good day, although the interaction rate is quite high compared to other sites.
If you want to get promotion done, any social media where you already have followers is by far the best, even if you don't have that many, you'll get a way better result than promoting on all the sites combined.
If you don't have followers anywhere, reddit is an alternative, although you will have to get lucky, but on a good day you can get hundreds of views from new readers, again far more than all the other sites combined, and you only have to do your promoting in one place, although reddit is quite fast and a lot of the time the people that post there regularly hog the place and again is luck, if you're unlucky you'll just get your post ignored, but you can try again some other time.
So I wouldn't say you need to post everywhere, in fact most places it just doesn't do anything, just post wherever you feel its fun enough or the response is good.

Comic Fury alot of people use its been around for 15 years I think. it has a blog like style or a scroll style to read. Plus you can customize your own site for free. I find it pulls people in more with being able to do that. Its my main for views over 62k on its own currently. Alot of amateur, beginner or new artists like to use that. But the site takes any art style from just starting to draw even stick figures to more common styles and professional feel. Alot of fan accounts too for Pokemon, etc.
I use that for my uncensored version. Because it allows from G to R18 but the site has you strictly rate yours.

Webtoons is my second for hits then its Tapas at a low 3k. But its censored because they assumed 14+ is 18. I have embeded links in my JPGs when uploading to those to to let people know I have it censored somewhere else.

But I use Canva Pro there is a free version to make the ads for my manga when it comes out. And put them onto social media like Intagram, Twitter, Facebook and Pillowfort (its new like Tumblr but allows for all content besides G and mild mature). Then forward them with links to Comic Fury, Tapas and Webtoon inside the written post.

Personally speaking, you don't necessarily have to promote yourself on every single Promotion thread in the forum, to be honest, the majority of users here are annoyed by said Category and many don't even check what other people post, is spamming at this point.
Most ways to actually get people from here to read your series, is by having the self-promotion be in a third plane while the main focus is other thing, be it providing advice, sharing your process, resources that you have and such.

Promoting in social media is not really that hard nor tiring, especially if you use those apps or websites that allows you to post in three places at the same time with just one click. Regardless if you post a link to your hosting platform or make a social media version of your chapter for others to read.

For example, by using Buffer you can make a single Post that will be posted in three different social media, let's say IG, TW and FB.
You could do two things:

1. Make a Social Media format of your comic to share as a post in these websites/apps
2. Preview/Thumbnail of the chapter, lil' description then link to where to read.

However, I've noticed that redirecting people is harder than actually providing the chapter there for them to read:

When you use a social media platform, you expect to see the content there, not be redirected to a different place where you have to make an account, verify said account, click again on your series because the page was lost by creating an account or logging in (Yeah, happens some sites redirect you to a dashboard or main page instead of the comic/novel you are trying to read), then having to subscribe even if it's once, then commenting or liking becomes an even more tiresome task or the person may have lost enough interest to even bother on doing that.

So, a Twitter user would likely prefer to read your comic through there since its easier for them to retweet, comment or like. Everyone likes few steps and easy access to stuff with minimum or no effort whatsoever, imagine you're always dealing with toddlers with a very short attention spawn

I decided to try out comicsfury, I already have 24 views which is crazy despite not doing much, it's just oh my god it's so involved compared to the others. I know how to make graphic design but not actual html lmao

Thats Awesome!! Would love to see it.
They have premade templates you can chose from that are different layouts too. Like side columns, scroll, etc.
I combined 2 of them and made my own. But I know coding, took some tweeking because its someone else codes that you have to change around and add in your own code.

Super late response, but where do you promote on reddit? I have finally accepted that promoting in the forums here does not do much good (and does feel spammy), and I have zero social media accounts other than reddit.

It's hard. I run a post apocalyptic superhero story with a female lead, I have no idea what subreddits to turn to. Most that apply are barely used.

I usually post a few pages on r/webcomics if that helps. Sadly it's the only subreddit I've found that works for me so if anyone else knows another, let me know also.
