Do you reply to comic comments?

I reply to all of them, because I really appreciate people who take the time to read and tell me what they thought of my episode. It probably helps that I don't have a ton of comments, so it's manageable for me.

I don't reply if I can't think of a response though. I prefer to respond by making jokes rather than just the usual thank you (although I do those as well)

I just think it's nice to show my readers that I appreciate them being there, you know? I always get so excited when someone comments on my work.

I'm not a very social person, so I reply to comments if they are either really long and heartfelt or they just ask a question.

Sometimes I just don't know how to respond.

I always reply too (on Tapas). Sometimes I miss a few comments but usually I reply.

I try to reply to comments both on here and Webtoon (its harder on there because I don't get notifications so I tend to miss some) I love comments where folks have added their own thoughts/feeling/interpretations so I always try to reply to those that have a bit more thought put into them.

Yes. I don’t get many though. Even if it’s just an emoji to let them know I appreciate them taking the time to leave one.

Hell yeh. Not out of obligation tho, I do it so I can create a community. THAT and because it's fun to tell jokes in the comment section. I like to do a meta thing where every character is an actor and they have a different personality compared to how they act in the comics.

Like how I made Truck-kun a diva in my comic, demanding his own "trailer".

It always gives me a warm fuzzy feeling when people decide to take the time to leave a comment under my episodes, so I always make sure to show my appreciation <3 the only exception would be times where I don't know what to say right away besides leaving an emoji, so I decide to wait until I get a better idea... and then proceed to forget about it for a whole month, at which point replying with just a ":D" feels incredibly awkward in those cases, I make sure to at least leave a like to the comment

I feel like enough people here have complained about the comments on webtoon, and not seen summermcallen's above post about this AMAZING chrome extension. It literally solves the issue.

I'd say it's not completely covered by the like button since you don't know if it's the author who liked your comment, but you're not an asshole; I never leave 'thank you' replies either :]

oh i actually love comments that try to guess plot, because to me it means that they like it enough to create theory about my story, however since i don't want to spoil i usually reply in "mysterious "way , so my answer could be understood on many ways and not just one

but a comment like, "oh, so i guess this happens next."
is kinda... not fun. comes across more like, your so predictable. =/ I really don't think there is any response to that.

I always try my best to reply. On tapas its easy. Webtoon however never lets you know so you have to manually go through your posts to see if anyone left one. So after a week i stop checking there
