Pretty much. Probably not a full series, but yea. A film adaptation would actually be enough for everything I'd wanna tell with it as a comic anyways. The main story, the relevant bits of lore, and just a little extra time for some scenes would do it justice I feel.
Production-wise, I really feel like what carries the earlier parts of the film would be the cinematography, the score, and the voice acting. First half is pretty much a drama focusing on characters, second half is all the action with the emotional weight of everything. Otherwise, animation quality is a bonus but even then I feel like most of the budget would be going towards the few action scenes I have planned anyways so there's that. If I had to pick a studio to work on it, it'd probably be Ufotable, Wit, or Bones. Ideally, I'd wanna have a hand in picking the composer and main voice actors. Share my musical ideas with the composer as well since I'm already working on OSTs for it..
This is all stuff I dream of getting. What the potential people working on it want from the comic is unfathomable to me- As much as I feel the comic's is in line with the Japanese culture and lifestyle, I can't believe that they wouldn't wanna change things. If they pay me enough and/or I'm curious enough, I think I'd let 'em do what they want with it so long as I keep the rights. I don't expect to be truly happy with an adaptation that strays from what I've planned, but hell, I'll be thankful and appreciative for everyone involved in making it regardless lol
