Does anyone else here do RPF (roleplay forum)?

Just curious if anyone here do play-by-post roleplay or RPF?

I have to admit that those forum roleplays had made up the majority of my writing experience, and I'm curious if any other member do the same, and how does these experience help influence their own writing style.

Absolutely, I’ve spent a lot of time doing play-by-post roleplaying. It’s been a huge part of my writing journey. It’s awesome for experimenting with different styles and seeing how others approach character development and plot. I’ve found it really helps with flexibility in writing and dialogue. The instant feedback from other players is also a big plus—it’s like having a writing group right at your fingertips.

It's always interesting to see how each player approach the worldbuilding and character development.

While some unexpected interactions had often gotten on my nerves during my previous RPF, I think it also helps me give more distinct views and personalities to my own characters so that they don't all act and think the same way.
