I was looking at this solution on how to take it off or turn it on (if in the case you ever want to try and go for CSP in the future). It's nice to know for other things, and I think it's something that business accounts have. If not, disregard! Just thought it was kinda neat

That is super weird. I am 99% positive I didn't have to use Paypal for CSP, but then again I bought it like 5 years ago. I'd bother them with another email till they get a human to help you out and not a bot.

Nah, it's my initials. I'm white (my name's Rachel). Thing is I have such a common name that it's taken wherever I go so I use my initials. Problem is, it's also coincidentally a very normal Indian name so...o well. Common no matter what I do.
