I agree with everything in the article, personally! Writing is damn hard. If you want to be published, you have to prefect your craft. I often think that writing is a career path destined to be walked with light pockets; just because I'm talanted/work hard/have people enjoy my stories doesn't mean I'm going to be a best seller.
But you know what? I write anyway! Because I love to write. It's my reason for existing on this earth. It's what fuels my fires and keeps me sane, gives me purpose.
Don't be discouraged, everyone! If you feel saddened by this article, take it as advice meant to help you excel. Make your stories absolutely perfect, and you will succeed!
