I feel like I've walked into a mildly charged speech. "KIAN is ME in a way I am not! You got that PUNK?"
Sorry, just teasing!
Anyways, among other things, my whole comic is basically about mental health issues. It's not a story for most people since it really lacks in the escapist department, and can kinda hit too close to home for some folks, but it's a vent thing and has been helping me deal with life bs.
Edit: May as well specify since everyone else is. One of my characters is dealing with PTSD, psychotic depression, low self-worth and anxiety. The other is an alcoholic with mild hoarding issues, a guilt complex and depression. The comic is basically them figuring out how to deal with it, and get the proper help after going through a traumatic experience together.
If you've got a stomach for cathartic stuff, or dark fiction in general with mature themes, I highly recommend these comics. The lettering can get a bit tough to read, it's best to check them out on a computer or tablet, but they're some of my favorites.
