After having words with many of my known comic/novel/anime followers, I was advised to improve my pacing for my ongoing work, Sapta Astra I. How should I go about it?

They told that some places, the story moves fast and some places story moves slow. Irregular pacing in one statement (I guess)
well, my best tip is that, whichever parts matter the most plot wise are the ones that you should spend more time focusing on. non-crucial scenes or scenes that don't serve to advance the plot in anyway can usually be made shorter
