She's the most intimidating twelve-year-old you've ever seen.
Despite her average height, she could shrink any older boy who dares to pick on her with an intense glare, narrowed eyes her father describes as 'jellyfish blue'. She has freckles on her paper-pale face, dancing across her upturned nose. She hides her forehead with bangs - the rest of her hair is shoulder-length and straight, an alarming ginger she didn't get from either of her parents.
Her jaw is square and strong, and her skinny arms are usually folded. She always dresses for summer, no matter the temperature, and if she's ever bothered by the chilly Irish winters then she doesn't show it. The flowy, flowery dresses she wears somehow don't take away from her intimidation. Everything about her is brilliant and bitter.
Despite her harshness and her manipulation, she's fascinating. She is a girl who wants more, and nothing she gets will ever be enough.
