I downloaded a 100 hand reference pack and I only lasted till 50 haha before I get sick with it. Maybe I should continue, it would be a great sense of achievement to finish it.

Drawing eyes sure is the only way to get better at eyes! XD

I might recommend trying to draw both eyes, though - that way, you practise not only the eye itself, but how it works together with the other eye, and how they fit into the face. If you don't feel like drawing the entire face, perhaps just drawing eyes+eyebrows+the bridge of the nose?

I planned on drawing heads and faces separately from eyes and noses that's why I didn't draw both eyes. I'm keeping each part separate then building up rather than all at once.

first draw the eyes, nose, mouth, ears separately and then draw the head in different angles!! then practice with the hands and legs and stuff.... then practice drawing the whole body. You have practice the whole body too so that you can get the idea of the proportions and where the body parts end up and stuff.... good luck

No offense but I that's what I said I was doing. It never hurts to go back through the fundamentals of art to reinforce your foundation.

Yup, I used to fill page after page with faces, eyes, mouths. Problem was that a lot of the time I was using the same technique and expect it to work at some point. Kind of like insanity, doing the same action expecting a different result.
So now if I have problems drawing something, I practice using different methods to draw the one thing till I find a way that works.

I tend to draw the same way to build repetition and consistancy. I only change when the new technique is more efficient than my previous one or I amend my previous technique to include the new one. I didn't feel like inking and coloring feet, too boring.
