Drawing yourself as a Character or persona (Perspective)

Hey there. My question is this that when you draw yourself as a character or persona what type view do you use? Mirror-view, taking a selfie then drawing yourself or third person view?

Could you clarify a bit? I feel like your asking how people get reference for drawing themselves (mirrors/selfies) but I'm not sure what you mean by 3rd person view?
The only 3rd person view I can think of is in video games.

Oh sorry. You know when you want to draw yourself in a comic? Well like that but how do you draw yourself, like another persons view(sight) or mirror view of yourself. Either drawing yourself alone or with other people in it in general.

Oh I tend to draw myself the way I look in my reflection, because that's how I see myself most often and how I think of myself.

My style is fairly simple, so it doesn't matter for me now that I don't have a side part in my hair. When I used to have a part in my hair my friends would point out sometimes that I drew it on the wrong side, but to most people I don't think it matters.

If I'm drawing myself in a comic, I just draw myself the way I'd draw any other character!

I look in the mirror and grab my features that stand out the most, like my hair and my eyes lips.

I draw myself as a featureless humanoid locked in a perpetual rictus. I dunno. It's easy to draw and kinda reflects my personality.

i based my persona on both my personality and how i want to be seen as, i don't look like my persona (azure) but thats how i want to be seen, i give him some features i have but it's not totally me he's some what how i want to look like (except im a girl, and i dislike being mistaken for a boy irl ) and i have N (another persona) which is actually me but a slightly exaggerated gross version. they are somewhat me but not idek

Here's my persona.

She doesn't exactly look like me because she's much more prettier, cooler and slimmer (*crais) and wears more make-up (those eyeliners...) Basically, I perceive her as both myself and who and I want to look like. (Hey, I can dream you know.)

I haven't done a proper, detailed drawing of myself in a long time. I did note that when I was drawing auto-bio dailies, I was always drawing a mirror image of myself. It took me awhile to realize my hair was parted on the other side... But I made the switch so now I always draw myself as other people would see me.

I just drew how I though I looked from memory, and then changed it until it looked good... not very accurate, but good nonetheless...
