I was amazed to learn that the original Tekken game that also has a mini-game...On the loading screen...that looks like a Space Invaders rip off.

I'd suggest to be parodied my favorite game, Nomad (1993, GameTek), but it's not exactly a game people will recognize. But hey, how about Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe? That one can definitely get some parodies. However, if you want to keep with the same franchise but something quite a bit easier to parody due to how bad it is, Mortal Kombat: Special Forces is the way to go.
