Dumbest art/writing thing you've done recently

Today I just spent 5 minutes drawing my OC's glasses and when I zoomed out saw I already drew them in his hands.

And the whole point of this scene is him taking his glasses off.

I'm really tired lol

Awkwardly mixing tenses in my prose and having to go back over and fix it

Not really recently, but- in one of the scenes my main character has her hair down, then in a ponytail in the next panel, and then back to having her hair down. I didn't realise until my friend who was catching up with my story pointed it out, MONTHS later

From the recent ones- I drew thumb on the opposite side of the hand. SO MANY YEARS of drawing and I still catch myself doing this mistake if I'm in hurry

I'm way ahead of myself, but I've made a character with a scarred eye, initially left eye...But in a much later season/scenes, it's the other eye. Still in drafting stages, but now I'm not sure which eye to pick XD

I forgot I updated the Buntha Bear's tattoo design. I only realized I had been drawing them in the old design after I finished the last panel he appeared in. So I had to go back and fix this mistake no one but me would ever notice.

I had some thumb confusion recently... Drew a really good hand, then because the angle was kind of unusual I was convinced I put the thumb on the wrong side, tried to fix it for several minutes!! But then I realised I got it right the first time after all

Yesterday I put so much effort into drawing a pants, down to its creases then realized I'll have to cover the whole thing under a table later......

Not on the dumb side, but venting anyway; I feel like I have done something weird with the pacing in my latest chapter (8), or maybe it's not the pacing but still something is off, I hope my friends can tell me what is it

I do this too, but in this particular mistake, changing the scene was not possible...
