... head on down to the local Subway. They got 'em all: Meatball Marinara, Chicken Tikka.

Haha it's Friday and I'm feeling a little eccentric thought may raise a smile.

Happy Friday!

Cheers

Definitely not what I expected to see when I dropped by.
You got me there, well played lol

HAHAHAHAHAHA- I was all ready to reply to this with something like "Upload your comic, post it ALL OVER the forum" but yeah, going to Sooubway works too, I guess!

So all I have to do is buy subs from subway. Can't wait to have a million subs!

Is it just me, or does Subway give you too much choice? Like, it makes me nervous to make an order. I'm from the North of the country and I now live in the South which tends to mean that I struggle understanding what the Subway person is asking and they struggle to understand my replies. What I'm saying, it's not an easy way to get subs at all! If you could create your order with the app and just collect that'd be way easier. I suppose I could go with one of the preset subs, but I want the chicken teriyaki with sweet onion sauce. Plus they'll still ask you what kind of bread you'd like. I don't know, bread's bread. I don't speak bread. And now I'm starting to feel panicked. The salad bowls are good though, but those aren't really subs. You ask for just a few jalapeños but they always give you way too many, what's with that? Once I even specially asked for two jalapeños, but I still received more than ten. I could probably omit the jalapeños to simplify the order, but who would order a Subway without jalapeños?!

Me- a weakling who can't handle any spiciness

We do have Subway here in the UK, but we don't really call 'em subs, so I could go to Subway but I'd just come out with sandwiches, which es not really what we're looking for here.

I'll probably go to Gregg's and get a ham, cheese, egg, bacon, lettuce, tomato and tuna roll instead. Or maybe just stay in and have a humus wrap.

Subway gives way too much bread. Loaves are way too fluffy. Jimmy Johns hollows out their bread, but I'm not much a fan of their sandwiches. There is this little Italian owned corner shop on Sunset Cliffs Blvd in San Diego called Olive Tree and they make the best freaking subs on the planet. I will fight anyone who disagrees with me. Haha.

in speaking of bread...

Every time I go in and ask for "A foot-long Italian", the sandwich artists always ask me if I'm talking about my bread of choice.

LIKE WHAT ELSE DO YOU SELL THAT'S A FOOT-LONG AND ITALIAN?!?!?
WHAT DO YOU THINK I'M ASKING FOR SERIOUSLY?!?!!?

Other than that, my sister and I go for the tuna-sub.

I'd rather make my own subs at home.
At least if there's a hair in it, I know it's my own.

There's a Mr. Sub near my place that has a very cool dude that treats everyone with a warm greeting. I like their pulled pork and rib sub.

I prefer my local bakery.

Better variety and quality and actually gives $5.00 for a foot long =w=

No money to spend on getting a sub. >___> But chicken fajita is the best, fight me.

3 months later

My friend and I had an idea to rob a place that sells subs. Don't worry, we're not going for it. XD
