Ever forget to draw something?

Yeah, so some times I go back and look at some of the references I have Just too be sure I have everything drawn correctly.

Alllllllllll the time. I also forget to shade things a lot. Sometimes the "forgetting" to draw things is due to ignorance, like I drew a hackamore bridle before actually googling what one looked like :V Do your research, kids!

He hasn't lost it yet, but I suspect this is gonna happen once one of my characters loses a hand. You'd think it'd an easy thing to keep track of. XD

Most of the times I do cause the fact I usually paint all on one layer and if I were to paint over a sketch of a simple thing then I'll forget it. Oops. But usually it's minor things like freckles, accessories and such as well as trying to proof scan it so many times for mistakes.

Yes! I drew an oven in the background of one of my scenes... Forgot to colour it.. Drew some shoes, forgot I drew shoes and forgot to shade them properly... I have a character with moles on her face, I keep forgetting to draw them.. Or I forget to shade things here and there. -sigh-

Yes, yes all the goddam time. I upload the damn thing and go "oh shit" and edit it in and reupload it. Sometimes I screw up and edit one thing in the scene and forget something else.

This isn't regarding drawings but once I made a deliberate spelling error to make it seem like a character doesn't know how to pronounce something and I come back to the page months later and freak out only to realize it was deliberate.

Oh gee I can't even begin to count the number of times I have!!! My character has a bag that I ALWAYS forget to draw T^T

I often forget entire speech bubbles, little but important details or to color some parts.

I also have a hard time drawing backgrounds from different angles, sometimes when I revision the room I drew in the panels, the room turns out to have like 6 walls and moving furniture... Maybe it's a better idea to make floor plans or something haha.

I haven't been an abuser of this for a while (since that time I made my MC speak his lines instead of thinking them lmao). The last thing I did was forget to draw a cross on Jon's lifeguard shorts, but I don't know when I stopped drawing it and I just kept drawing them without the cross so I'm keeping it like that haha. I usually go over the entire page for about 5 minutes after I am done to make sure I am not missing anything. I hasn't happened in a while since that cross incident... which is recurrent by choice now lol.

Forgot to draw Wognif's fingerless gloves in one page of Series Parallel.
Was too lazy to fix that though so I was like heck with it and figured he randomly took them off before entering the scene anyway.

Ugh. I forget to draw things like writers make typos.
I also make stupid mistakes like having doors that originally opened one way, suddenly open the other way in later comic pages. Don't get me started on how many technical errors need fixing in early Daniel pages. >.<

Usually I forget Max's weird side-burn things (aslo btw if you know what the actual name for those things is pllz tell me!)

That just cracks me up.

I have a swordsman in Goblins of Razard that periodically has his sword missing and it just appears out of thin air, or is on the wrong side of his belt when sheathed that sort of thing. I blame it on the editor and beta reader that I don't have to catch my stupid moments. Haha... ah..

Totally! Usually details like articles of clothing on asymmetrical characters.
For Manna Magi I usually forget to draw the gold badge on their school uniforms.
For Tales from the Well- ugh! I forget the witch's earring, the Prince's cape (which side it's on), and the recent new character's bag.
I have a buffer of pages and I re-read them constantly, so I usually catch the mistakes and fix them before I post. Though if a reader catches a typo I go back and fix it X)

Definitely! Ugh, just a few updates ago I totally forgot to draw in a character's beard. Managed to fix it before people saw. Most of the things I forget are pretty minor, but sometimes they can be bad, and I only pray no one notices before I get a chance to correct them haha!

Most recently I was drawing a book but forgot to add the details on the spine. Pretty minor but everyone who saw it instantly noticed. Thankfully I was able to fix it quickly. On a bigger mistake, I drew the wrong hands on the wrong arms. I don't notice until it was too late. I still wonder how I managed that blunder after all the years I have been drawing people...
