I once drew a draft of a female character, I absolutely loved how I drew her that time, she was refined, classy.But, I cannot replicate that look anymore. Everytime I drew her again, she really looks a different character on the different angles.
Okay, can you show us the one that you liked and one or two of the ones you didn't? It'll be easier to find the root of the problem and help you out that way.
Just have to say I struggle with this sometimes too. It's really frustrating.
It might help to identify what things you think are classy and refined, fashion is the most easily readable as "this person has money" but I think to get the effect you want you'll have to focus on the posing and expression, in which case you can easily find reference on pinterest (confident poses translates to cool classy ladies) copy some of the poses down until you get a feel for the vibe and it should be easier to apply to your character.
Look and your drawing and check what made it click.....it could be body language, her expression, pose or other aspect you may have done intuitively in the drawing.
