Nightwish all the way! I've loved every singer that has come along and almost every single song. One particular favorite is the song "Fantasmic." It is a symphonic metal tribute to Disney because the composer of the band's songs, Tuomas Holopainen grew up a fan of Disney. How awesome is that?!

i was born in the 70's so ive had time to fall in and out of love with all kinds of music. my faves range from classical to guns n roses, iron maiden and MCR . Most stuff really the music i cannot stand is rap or jazz.

I listen to a lot of music, but pretty much all of it happens to be some kind of rock. Ben Howard, Arcade Fire, the Replacements, Smashing Pumpkins, and Oasis are some of my favorites. My all time favorite songs have fascinating lyrics and music riddled with symbolic meaning. I also listen to a lot of post rock, that doesn't have any lyrics at all. It's really great c:

oh man, my favourite musicians change weekly, im always getting into smth new. some all-timers though:

raleigh ritchie, who people might know as greyworm out of GOT. hes brilliant melodious and his sing-rapping puts ed sheeran to shame. i love the stuff he sings about too, hes so whimsical sometimes, and then so real - hes really mature and thoughtful in his music.

radical face. another man of whimsy, while also being really mature and thoughtful. his musics perfect for sleepy summertimes full of depression and adventure and reliving trauma (which is like. my life.)

angel haze. i guess the link between these three is fantasy, which all of them sing about. but raeen raps as a traumatised gay person, with this aggressive anger at their past, and decision to survive. theres similarities in our backgrounds, and they really speak to me.

Right now, my fave groups are Metric, Deftones, and Phantogram. Been listening to Phantogram's current album since it hit in October...this is one of my fave songs on the album- Destroyer.

Well that should be some of my recommendations. If you're confused as to why I have so many favorites, well, I just can't decide. I love and enjoy them all.

Oh, please be nice. Surely not everyone has the same tastes. And don't tell me "huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuh. You've never heard of THIS song or band?! How can you live without hearing them?!!" That's the response I got from a person when I told them I never heard of Nirvana instead of recommending me to their favorite songs.

Last Korn album I listened to was Take a Look in the Mirror(2003). After listening to them since 1997, I started to feel like most of Jon Davis's lyrical material started to sound the same; I also guess in general I got tired of being angry as well. Weirdly though, I can still listen to Deftones...

Kinda got the same way about Taking Back Sunday- liked their earlier albums, but the last one I listened to(back in 2011) just didnt do it for me. Same with The Killers- the 1st two albums(first one especially) was it; the rest is blah...

Lately I've been listening to a huge amount of Lana Del Rey and Wilsen. I also love the Bird and the Bee, pretty much all of their output!

Of Lana, I would recommend starting with the album Ultraviolence and going from there. She also has a massive selection of songs that don't appear on any album.

I've pretty much loved everything by Bird and the Bee. Wilsen are spectacular.

I also really enjoyed the Pierces' latest album Creation, which is superb throughout. I need to go back and listen to all of their work! Creation has been a constant companion to creative works since I got it!

A friend recommended Tennis recently, and their song "In The Morning I'll Be Better" really is fantastic. I'm intending to check out the rest of their work too, and what I've heard so far is super mellow and enjoyable.
