oh hey I read this, aight here we go:
writing: solid
art: solid
level of excitement: solid
characters: solid
backgrounds: solid
all is as solid as a rock
honestly-
it's really good, I can see this getting popular, where the art lacks you make it up for in writing, kinda reminds me of the original one punch man but your art is better than the one punch man guy
as for what can be improved, and what I think might be throwing people off is a couple of things:
- the size of the panels (normally totally fine, but I would throw in some more establishing shots. That way you don't always have to go into full detail of the background while the characters are in the panel)
the medium used- pencil and paper can work great, but try experimenting a little more if you can. Stuff like doing lineart, colouring with markers, watercolours, etc can help bring it to the next level! Heck, even just getting more colours for pencils so you aren't limited can help as well ^^
finally, adding more perspective in your drawings. From what I can see you're in your comfort zone, characters are normally facing the front, we don't see their side view, most characters on each panel are the same size so it doesn't have a lot of variation.. all of these can be improved if you just try adding some perspective into your drawings when drawing people. It's hard and I have trouble with it too, but drawing characters facing sideways could be a good thing to try as well. It opens up a lot of doors and allows you to try different scenes in the comic that wouldn't have been possible before :>
but anyway yea that's my 2 cents, take it as you will ;0 keep up the good work!!!
