I posted on the site but I wouldn't say I'd find it nostalgic for me personally. It was one of the many sites I tested for several years to see if it'd stay afloat and if the work didn't outright die on there. Sadly, like pretty much every site I tested on, the user base was inactive/dead/absent - outside of people posting works to it, largely appearing to be poetry (but no fanfics) - it didn't look like anyone was reading and consuming the content. For weeks I witnessed as many new or updated works had under 100 "likes". :x
Nope for some reason.
I just checked my old url from my dA journal I haven't removed the figment link from:: http://figment.com/users/329959-Elle-Doki
The link straight up re-directs and doesn't show any sign of the works or users that were on the Figment site.
I personally don't mind it going missing. It was one of the many sites that encouraged "leave me hearts!" because, like Tapas now, it prided showing stories based on showing not views to the readers but the number of likes. Exampled in the image below. (Every time I've seen a site use or adopt this system, it's led to users changing "read 4 read" to "like 4 like")
