It may not be a parallel experience, but there's a similar mouthfeel. Not trying to persuade you or anything, but it's been my experience that broccoli feels like it's full of gristle. And it takes sauces well.

1. Even though I am a big guy and have intimidating stature and play a /lot/ of sports; (wrestling, football etc.) I love to sing in the shower, player farming video games (Harvest Moon) and hug my cats. ouo

2. At 6'7" inches tall, I actually don't get a lot of the 'How's the weather up there' jokes and wish I did so I could hand them a card that says "It's fine, thanks."

3. I have pet cats and spiders, and they get along really well.

4. While I do like to write and make plays on words and such, I find it horrendously difficult to handle social situations where I am in a group or actually have to try to talk to people. QoQ

5. And last but not least... I like the color purple!

This is SO funny! After my son was born, people asked me, his mother, constantly. Who does he look like? His mom and his dad obviously. OBVIOUSLY. It was really annoying. I don't know, he looks like a baby. This was definitely the most irritating question I got. That and "how long are you going to breast feed?" Dude. He's been alive for 5 minutes, we don't even know how to breast feed yet. And by god why are you so interested in what my boobs are being used for anyways?!

1) I'm a locum (substitute) pharmacist by day - a world apart from webcomics

2) About 95% of my comic is done in ballpoint pen! From a young age I never drew in pencil and always went straight for the pens! When it was time to get my mangaka on I bought pen nibs but hated using them so I went back to my preferred medium. If it ain't broke, right?

3) Someone mentioned Pokemon above - I'll be getting Ultra Moon by the weekend. My favourite game is Silver though

4) My favourite manga/anime at the moment is Food Wars!/Shokugeki no Soma - anyone else a fan?

5) My surname is a common first name (Dave) - people either think I don't know my own name when asking for it, OR tend to totally miss the mark when addressing letters to me (then again, this happens with my first name too!)
