Okay guys, I have found this nifty free font making applications, available at this site:

This one^ is stable, will work only in Windows.
Its other application that works in tandem with Font Forge, called Glyphtracer, can turn your 1 bit black and white PNG file and its smart enough to separate the letters (aka "Glyphs") and dumps them into Font Forge.

I apologize for my last post on this one, I almost gave up on Font Forge because it has no autotrace feature. And I was so desperate to make a custom font for my webcomic. Now with Glyphtracer, you can turn your handwriting into a font in a few minutes.
