Hello...sorry for the late reply, but as others said, all in one is a better option. Because not many people here read novels, especially in the first couple months, so having one work with 500 chapters is better than having 3 works with 100 chapters, since people don't tend to follow multiple works unless the person is well known.
also having multiple perspective works so well with the platform you're on. In my case, I had to chop my chapters in half because each chapter was too long and from one perspective, and since each dialogue of the story is connected to the other parts, I had a tough time doing this. People here like to read short chapters, and there's even a word limit. So thats how writing in diff pov comes in handy, you can have shorter chapters.
Also, having one work with lets say 500 chapters works well with likes and subscribers
Lets say an author does 5 volumes, each 100 chaps. then if one person reads their works and likes all chapters, we have a fellow novelist with 100 likes and 1 fan
if we have the same author post one novel with 500 chaps and have that one person read them, we have an author with a work with 500 likes, and the work will be pretty popular in the fantasy shelf of tapas, and the fantasy shelf of tapas is where stuff get REAL...you have TBATE and a lot of best works there, so a lot of people lurk around there compared to the mystery novel section.
so with 1 work 500 chaps and author can gain more likes and subscribers. there are certain features like ad revenue and Ink that will be activated once ONE of your series reaches 100 and 250 subs. and getting one work with 500 chaps = more likes = going up the popularity chart = being seen more = reaching higher subs in shorter time = getting more features and popularity
also most of the fantasy novels here have 300 chaps + so since youre going up against those, you should do the same and put all in one
sorry for the headache
and have a good day/night
