Yeah, once you go down to 10 seconds it's more like "what features do I want" and then draw them in one stroke each xD

Tackling my main man Mortimer, from Splitting Image! I chose him over Veriesin or Stormsever thinking he'd be easier to thumbnail, but I greaty underestimated the chance of panicking on what to prioritize. It's a very fun challenge regardless!

After art school whiped me into shape I've gotten used to drawing fast.
Do you usually like to take your time when drawing?

I tend to draw really fast, but it ends up looking too sketchy And yeah, lol, I even wasted two seconds of the time trying to figure out how to start it.

Thank you so much! Making the character recognizable even as they're just a bunch of abstract shapes goes a long way - you learn to draw poses very fast along with it, and any time saved sketching the comic to see where characters and bubbles go is time that can be used later.

Thank you so much~ I wanted to go with the messy watercolor look ^^;
I'm jealous, I was never able to go to art school :< and yes i draw slow, especially when i know theres a time limit so i panic and mess up lol
