GIFS or Video on Tapas and Webtoon?

Hi Guys

I remember discussing this back in the day but not sure where this is at now.

Does anyone know if it is possible to upload GIFS on either platform and if so how long can the GIFS run for? Also has it ever been possible to insert video footage at all?

Just playing around with some ideas...

You can upload GIFS on Tapas, but I don't know how long it has to be.
I dunno about Webtoons though.

You can not insert video footage on Tapas

I have simple GIFS in my comic here on Tapas, under 2MB and set to loop forever.
