There is a scene in the manga where a child gets SA which was removed from the movie. I don't know if it is in the Netflix version but I doubt it. I think the removal of the scene was a good choice because it is not necessary to the plot at all and feels like it's just there to be shocking and exploitative.
I used to read the Dragon Ball manga as a kid ^^ The way Toriyama draws vehicles is one of the reasons I started including them in my drawings; I really like how he stylizes them, it makes the cars feel like another character in the image:
