when you assimilate something you either fully understand information or ideas or use something as fuel for further existence. Now if you do that to souls then you could use multiple people as little possessors to increase your thinking power or harvest souls to keep you alive. better yet you could use the souls as fuel to copy your soul back into that body and create legion from the comics or be like Agent Smith from the matrix.

you could reconstruct a shape from air. air is a combo of Oxygen, Nitrogen, and other things that are not important. the Oxygen and Nitrogen in the air constantly get's torn apart for other things therefor you could reconstruct any shape from that air.

I always love explaining super power but there're some abilities I don't understand.
For example: The ability of "omnipresence".
(This is from a movie when a character dies at the end, but she becomes "omnipresent")
well you could use time travel to go back in time to find true knowledge. Example: let's say you are a detective and you are looking for a murderer but can't get a lead, you can go back in time to a previous crime and see where the murder went. then you go back to the present and follow the murder from there.
you can also go forward in time and backward in time in a flip flop way. the effect of going forward and back so fast that you would become intangible in a single moment in time, allowing you to not physically effecting time at all.

Shadow Manipulation: Shadows are constructs in the shape of a physical object that is blocking the light rays. you could cast a shadow on the world and the lack of heat and light would kill all life on earth.
omnipresence: the state of being widespread or constantly encountered. If you were being omnipresent then you would know everything that did, is, and would happen. your knowledge would be infinite because that knowledge is already yours.
If gravity does not effect you and even has an opposite effect then you could hold anything in the air without effort. If you carry a person on your back as you fly, both of your weight combines and since gravity has an opposite effect on you the gravity of the person you are sporting on your back is negated and that person is weightless as well. think of that but with cars, large animals, buildings, or even other planets. if any weight is added to you during flight, then the gravity that causes that weight is also negated. Example: let's say if Mars is in a collision course with earth, each planet's gravity creates a repelling force on the other planet through your power. The double opposing gravitational forces from Mars and Earth get amplified and repelled from each other and the collision is stopped.
think of two magnets, if you put the north side of one magnet to the north side of the other magnet they repel each other. that is what happens to you. each magnet is the planet and the repelling magnetic fields is you.

Ok so I am not going use anything to the effect of speed force... so there is this force called-- JK.
There is an energy we produce when we move called kinetic energy. we use the chemical energy of food and turn it into kinetic energy(You eat a power bar so that you can go for a run). well when you run the air stops you a little, through wind resistance. the air hits you and creates heat. that's why the shuttle pod coming back to earth from a space mission get's very hot. as you run you heat up internally from fuel consumption and externally from wind resistance, but since we go so slowly the wind resistance factor has an opposite effect. now that we have the science explained now we can get to your power. you have super speed, normally if you run at high enough speeds that would be considered super, you would explode in a messy goo of melted flesh. but your power converts that exes amount of heat(that would cook your insides) into kinetic energy AKA: giving you super speed. although it wont help with the healing process like in the flash, that is a bunch of BS.
